safeguarding audit
The requirements on schools are increasing all the time with regard to safeguarding and child protection. With frequent changes to statutory guidance and new requirements under the revised Ofsted framework, it is increasingly difficult to ensure your safeguarding provision is compliant.
The Safeguarding Audit Tool enables school leaders to self-assess their compliancy, identify good practice and plan improvements to the safeguarding provision in their setting.
The audit tool can be used to:

-
Assess, develop and implement policies, procedures and practice relating to safeguarding and child protection;
-
Evidence practice that is indicative of an embedded safeguarding culture
-
Provide practical solutions to develop and improve practice
-
Identify and implement robust and sustainable systems for keeping children safe.
